Challenger Learning Center- CLC founded after the Challenger Space Shuttle Astronauts lost on launch in 1986
- Space flight simulations primarily for students of all ages
- Flights integrated into school curriculum amplifying state, federal education standards
- Each flight consists of space lab and mission control experiences for 30 students
- Each mission prvides 6 to 8 weeks of preflight curriculum in the classroom
- Team building and leadershiop development opportunities for regional businesses
- Over 200 classroom teachers receive professional development annually at CLC
- Administration offices and mechanical, maintenance spaces
Economic Impact of the Challenger Learning Center of Wyoming- 10 to 15 new jobs, many will be professional and technical
